Nutritious and absolutely delicious pasta with just 5 ingredients. @terezas_diary 's Spinach and Cashew Pasta is great for busy evenings. Whip this up and it'll be ready in just 15 minutes.
- Whole Wheat Linguine
- Spinach, 150 g
- Passata, 100 ml
- Cashew Butter, 20 g
- Cashews, 20 g
- Add the pasta into a pot, pour in hot water and cook it according to the package instruction - for about 7 minutes in a hot water.
- Sauté the spinach. In a mug combine the cashew butter with a passata (+ little bit of water if needed) and pour that sauce over the spinach.
- Stir in cooked pasta, mix it all together and let it cook for few more minutes. Then transfer the meal into a coconut bowl, sprinkle it with some cashews and serve!
