We often have sale events, where we sell overstocked, limited edition and other items at a significant discount, with the aim of making room at our warehouses for new products, while providing our products at a even more affordable price to customers.
Sale items Policy
Due to the nature of our sale events, we have implemented the following policy sale items:

All sale items are final sale: Items purchased on sale, marked down, or discounted in any way are non-returnable and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for these items.
- Sale items: Coconut Bowls reserves the right to exchange product designs in your order for alternative products of the same or higher value, providing that the product has the same use and purpose. For example: A coconut bowl, with an alternate coconut bowl, or a wooden spoon, with an alternate wooden spoon.

Product condition: Sale items are sold "as is" and may include minor cosmetic imperfections or variations that do not affect the functionality or overall quality of the product. These imperfections are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or refund.

Damaged or defective items: In the rare event that a sale item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellation: Once an order containing sale items is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
