Orange Salad with Figs

Simple but tasty and refreshing, this Orange Salad with Figs is a winner if you want an easy and delicious salad to make when you don't have much time to prepare.

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS

• Figs, 2
• Orange, 1/2
• Orange Juice, 2 tsp
• Lettuce, 1 bunch
• Sprouts, to taste
• Salt & Pepper, to taste
• Fruity Vinegar, 1 tsp

METHOD

1. Wash ingredients with cold water.
2. Cut orange, figs and lettuce into bite sized pieces.
3. Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowl and drizzle salad with orange juice and vinegar.
4. Add sprouts on to the top and enjoy!
