A quick and easy Asian Edamame Salad by @mashedbymaddi.If you love asian flavors and edamame, then this bowl will never fail you!
- Brown Rice (cooked)
- Avocado (cubed)
- Red Onion (chopped)
- Raw Broccoli (chopped into florets)
- Carrots (shredded)
- Asian Sesame Dressing
- Add as much ingredients that you want in your Coconut Bowl. You can add as little or as much ingredient as you want.
- Toss them with your wooden spoons and forks.
- Enjoy cold and top with your favorite plant-based protein!
