Plant-based, refined sugar-free, gluten-free and full of flavor, this Mango Coconut and Cashew Bliss Balls by @thedeliciousplate will surely be a family favorite. It has that sweet, tropical taste that everyone loves! Just be sure not to eat it all at once when you make them! That's how good they are, trust us!
INGREDIENTS
- Dried mango, 120 g (no sugar added)
- Natural Cashew Nuts, 150 g
- Unsweetened Dessicated Coconut, 40 g (plus extra for rolling)
- Turmeric, 1/2 tsp
- Lime, 1 (zest only)
- Maple Syrup (optional)
METHOD
- Soak the cashews in hot water and the mango in room temperature water for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse.
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and mix untill it formes a dough. I like to leave small pieces of mango and cashew for the texture.

Roll into balls and coat with coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week.
