Almonds, 1 cup
Cashews, 1 cup
Dates, 1 cup (softened)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Maca Powder, 1 tsp (optional)
Psyllium Husks, 1 tsp (optional)
Flax Meal, 1 tsp
Cacao Powder, 1/4 cup
Sea Salt, a pinch
Almond Butter, 1 tbsp
Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp
In your food processor add your nuts and cacao and process until they’re broken down into gritty pieces.
Add in the rest of your ingredients and process until you have a sticky dough.
Turn out into a bowl and roll into bite-sized balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
