Often times, store-bought banana chips are sugar-laden and fried in oil. Stay away from unhealthy snacks with this oil-free, no-sugar-added banana chips. These are so easy to make and are a great snack for everyone.
Fresh Lemon Juice, as needed
Cut the bananas into thin slices. Be sure to keep the thickness the same on each slices. This ensures even cooking in the oven.
Coat the banana slices with a few drops of lemon juice and toss to coat.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Flip each slices and bake for 5-10 minutes more.
Always keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
As soon as they come out of the oven they will look a little soft and mushy but once cooled they will become more crunchy.
