This Peppermint Protein Bliss Balls will sure be a family favorite. They are great as a post workout snack too.
Dates, 1 1/2 cup (soaked, plus 1/4 cup of the soaking water)
Cashews, 1/4 cup
Oat Flour, 3/4 cup
Coconut Flour, 1/2 cup
Protein Powder, 1/2 scoop (mint flavor recommended but optional)
Peppermint extract, to taste
Maca Powder, 1 tsp
Vanilla, a dash
Salt, a pinch
Blend the dates and water first, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend to combine.
Shape into balls and dust with hemp hearts and cocoa powder.
