If you're tired of the usual chocolate bliss ball recipe, here's a refreshing recipe with new a flavour combo - cherry and 'cheesecake' ! All made with natural plant-based ingredients.
Cashew Butter, 3/4 cup
Maple Syrup, 3 tbsp
Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp
Walnuts, 2/3 cup
Almond Flour, 2/3 cup
Cinnamon, 1 tsp
Dried Unsweetened Cherries, 1/4 cup (chopped)
Pulse walnuts in a food processor.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a food processor except for cherries
Once the batter becomes thick and sticky, add cherries and pulse a few times until well mixed.
Roll into balls.
Place on parchment paper and refrigerate at least two hours until firm.
Store in fridge or freezer for longer storage. Enjoy!
