RECIPE BY NUTRITION BY SAM
If you're tired of the usual chocolate bliss ball recipe, here's a refreshing recipe with new a flavour combo - cherry and 'cheesecake' ! All made with natural plant-based ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
- Cashew Butter, 3/4 cup
- Maple Syrup, 3 tbsp
- Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp
- Walnuts, 2/3 cup
- Almond Flour, 2/3 cup
- Cinnamon, 1 tsp
- Dried Unsweetened Cherries, 1/4 cup (chopped)
METHOD
- Pulse walnuts in a food processor.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a food processor except for cherries
- Once the batter becomes thick and sticky, add cherries and pulse a few times until well mixed.
- Roll into balls.
- Place on parchment paper and refrigerate at least two hours until firm.
- Store in fridge or freezer for longer storage. Enjoy!
