Delicious pitaya smoothie bowl filled with lots of different fruits and berries. The additional protein powder makes this a complete meal. Feel free to top with your fave smoothie bowl toppings, and enjoy!
1-2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1 pack frozen pitaya puree
2 tbsp vegan protein powder
1 small piece of fresh ginger root
1 cup water, or plant-based milk
Place all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
