This recipe is the very reason why you can enjoy a treat everyday! It is guilt-free, sugar-free and so tasty that you can't help but reach for one more slice.
Peanut Butter, desired amount
Crushed Peanuts, as needed
Dark Vegan Chocolate, as needed (melted)
Slice banana into bars (about four pieces).
Lather on your desired peanut butter and press the banana slices into crushed peanuts. Repeat with the rest of the banana slices.
Dip them into dark chocolate until all coated and let it harden or dry in a wire rack. If you are in a hot climate, let it harden in the fridge.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
