Strawberry Date Balls

Create these little bites of goodness for an irresistible treat that you can enjoy throughout the week. These bliss balls are packed with strawberry flavour inside and out. 

INGREDIENTS
  • Dates, 50 g
  • Rolled Oats, 100 g
  • Shredded Coconut, 50 g
  • Coconut Oil, 1 tsp
  • Strawberries, 150 g (hulled, plus more for filling)
  • Cashew Mus, 1 tbsp (cashew cream)
  • Chia Seeds, 1 tsp (optional)
  • Puffed Amaranth, 10 g (optional)
METHOD
  1. Place the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend everything.
  2. ​Take a spoonful of the mixture and roll into a ball. You can also put a strawberry or something else in the middle if you want.
  3. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut and store it in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
