Salted Caramel Truffles by @theblysslife. Totally the best combo especially for a truffle! Bite into these goodies and fill yourself with energy.
MAKES 18 TRUFFLES
INGREDIENTS
- Pecans, 1/2 cup
- Medjool Dates, 10-12
- Chocolate Chips, as needed (melted)
- Sea Salt, as needed
METHOD
- Soak pitted dates in hot water until soft. In food processor add dates, pecans and a couple dashes of pink salt.
- Blend until creamy. You can blend a little if you want it to be a bit more chunky. You may need to add some of the hot water from the soaking dates so it is easier to blend.
- Let chill for 10 minutes in fridge. Roll into balls and place in freezer or fridge until chilled / slightly firm.
- Dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with pink salt.
