Raw Nutella Powerballs

Indulgent, guilt-free bliss balls with the flavors of Nutella! Add this to your whole list of bliss ball recipes because we guarantee that this deserves to be one of the top!

INGREDIENTS

• Whole Hazelnuts, 40 g 
• Rolled Oats, 1 1/2 cups (blend for a few times until oats are still a bit chunky)
• Raw Dark Chocolate, 100 g
• Cacao Butter, 5 tbsp (or coconut oil)
• Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
• Himalayan Salt, a pinch

METHOD

1. Roast hazelnuts on a dry frying pan till they turn golden brown, leaving the skins on is fine but you can remove it by rubbing with a clean kitchen towel once they are cool.
2. Melt together the cacao butter, chocolate and maple syrup, once it’s melted combine with the oats and Himalayan salt.
3. You can either cover roasted hazelnuts with the chocolate mixture or you can semi blend them and mix together with the chocolate mixture. Either way roll the balls and store in the fridge.
4. Enjoy!
