Each bite of this bliss ball will take you back to childhood. The wonderful flavor of cinnamon shines through here and the creaminess of the cashew butter makes it so luscious.
Cashew Butter, 3/4 cup
Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp
Pecans, 2/3 cup
Almond Flour, 2/3 cup (or millet flour)
Cinnamon, 2 tsp (plus more for rolling the balls in)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Roll into balls, then roll them in cinnamon.
Place on parchment paper and refrigerate at least two hours to keep them from crumbling.
Store in fridge or freezer for longer storage.
