Chili Lime Watermelon

RECIPE BY FIGS AND MINT

You and your family will love this refreshing snack that is perfect for warm days or summer time! Enjoy these on your coconut bowls by the pool or beach for some extra tropical vibes.

INGREDIENTS
  • Seedless Watermelon, 1 small
  • Limes, 1-2 (to taste)
  • Fresh Mint, 3 tbsp
  • Chili Lime Seasoning, 1/2 tbsp
METHOD
  1. Put your watermelon in the fridge and chill for s few hours.
  2. Use a melon baller and scoop the flesh of the watermelon.
  3. Place the balls in a bowl and squeeze in the limes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  4. Serve in your coconut bowls for a quick and tasty snack.
