Chocolate Pumpkin Breakfast Mousse Pots

Dessert for two, please! This is an easy recipe to try especially of you want to take a break from smoothies. Trifles are delicious, sweet and a textural delight. Munch on your favourite crunchy granola with this pumpkin and chocolate concoction. 

serves 2


  • Pumpkin Puree, 160 g 
  • Banana, 1 (ripe)
  • Cacao Powder, 2 tbsp
  • Medjool Dates, 2-4 pcs
  • Cinnamon, 1 tsp
  • Plant Yogurt, 200 g (leave a few tbsp for the topping)
  • fresh fruit, for topping
  • granola, for topping


  1. Place all your ingredients except for the toppings in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into two glass jars or pots and layer in your granola and yogurt.
  3. Top with your choice of fresh fruits, granola and yogurt and serve with our Wooden Buddha Spoons.
