How and where and Coconut Bowls made?
We have two workshops, one in Indonesia and one in Vietnam. Each coconut is cut, cleaned and finished by craftsman from the local community.

The item I would like to buy is out of stock. How long will it take to come back in stock?
There will be times that our products will be out of stock, on most occasions pre-orders will be delivered within 30 days of your order. If you would like an idea of how long the wait will be, please email us at email@example.com. We offer out of stock items for pre-sale. We advise purchasing pre-sale bowls as they are the first ones out of the door when we are re-stocked!
My bowls have arrived and they do not all look the same, is this normal?
No two coconuts are the same in nature, which is why all our bowls are different. Each bowl is unique and has so much personality with its own shape, size, markings and imperfections. Embrace their imperfections as that's what makes Coconut Bowls so special.
What is the volume of a standard Coconut Bowl?
All bowls will vary slightly in volume however, the average Coconut Bowl holds 500 - 600 ml or 16 - 20oz.

Will I receive a tracking number?
All registered post orders are shipped with full door-to-door tracking.* If your order has been in transit for more than 10 business days, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will have our courier company investigate the whereabouts of your parcel.

How long is the processing time?
We strive to ship all orders next business day. In extreme circumstances where we cannot dispatch within 1 business day, we will ship them as fast as possible.
I haven't received my Coconut Bowls order, what should i do?
Please check the tracking link that you should have received via email. If there is limited information there may just be a postal service or customs delay. Please do not contact us to check on your order unless it has been in transit for more than 10 business days. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days and the tracking information in unclear, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with an update of your order and assist where possible.

I have received my Coconut Bowls and they are cracked or damaged, what should I do?
Although we do our best to keep your products safe and protected during their journey to you, on the rare occasion an order may arrive with damaged or faulty products. If you have received damaged products please email us at email@example.com and we will organise a replacement for you.*
*To receive a replacement free of charge, you must email us within 14 days of the arrival of your order if you have received a damaged item. If you notify us after 14 days, we will replace your damaged item, however the shipping and handling costs need to be covered by you.
An item that I purchased was damaged during use or cleaning, what can I do?
As our products are made by nature, there is always the risk that unforeseen damage may occur during use or cleaning. While we do our best to ensure the highest quality possible, the durability of natural products is somewhat unpredictable at times. We appreciate that you recognise that our products are from nature and thank you for your understanding.
If a product has been damaged, we will replace the item for you. However, incur a $9.95 handling charge for your replacement. If damage occurs after 14 days of receiving your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will offer you a substantial once off discount code for a future order.
Can I return my purchased items if I change my mind?
We do not offer returns or refunds.
Can I update my delivery address after placing my order?
We cannot change your delivery address after placing your order. This is because your order information is immediately sent to our warehouse where they will prepare your order for dispatch. If your delivery address is wrong, we suggest you try the two options below.
1. Contact your national postal service and quote your tracking parcel ID. Some carriers will let you request a delivery re-direct.
2. Contact the resident at the address you placed during checkout.
If you are unable to complete the above two options, or the delivery address you listed doesn't exist, we will contact you should your parcel be returned to us. To have your order then shipped back out to you, you must pay a redelivery fee. You may also incur any additional costs of having your parcel returned to us.
Can I update, edit or cancel my order?
We cannot update, edit or cancel any order once you have completed checkout.
What can I do if my order has been returned to you?
In the occasion your order has been returned to us, we will investigate the reason before determining if you will be required to pay any additional costs for delivery.

What is the best way to clean my Coconut Bowl?
Hand-wash with warm soapy water. Always handle your bowl with care.
Can my Coconut Bowl go in the microwave, oven or refrigerator?
No. Coconut bowls cannot be used in microwaves, ovens or refrigerators. The bowls are delicate and can be affected by extreme temperatures. It is best to store your bowls in a cool dry place.
How can I keep my Coconut Bowl in tip top condition?
Rub coconut oil or flaxseed oil over bowl every 10-20 uses to restore the beautiful shine and smooth surface.
