2 frozen bananas
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 scoop of protein powder
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 tbsp pink piatay powder
mermaid tail (made from yogurt using a mold)
fresh or frozen berries
In a high-speed blender, blend all your smoothie ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
