Papaya Banana Smoothie Bowl

We have gotten some mixed reactions whenever we post anything with papaya! Some love it. Some dislike it. We are obssessed with it though! Especially if freshly picked and naturally riped, it's so sweet, soft and melt-in-your-mouth! We like incorporating it in smoothies too! So this papaya smoothie recipe would be a nice start if you want to try papaya!

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen papaya chunks
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • a splash of coconut milk
METHOD
  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all your smoothie ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
  2. Serve them in your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
