You are five ingredients away with creating this chocolaty goodness! Serve generously with chocolate chunks, nuts and nut butter. It won't be 'chunky monkey' without them!
Coconut Milk, 400 ml
Cacao Powder, 1 tbsp
Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp
Maple Syrup, a dash (add more or less to taste)
Add all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie and creamy. Pour into a loaf tin and leave in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until completely frozen.
Before serving, remove from the freezer and thaw for 5 minutes for easier scooping.
Scoop into your favourite Coconut Bowls and top generously with the toppings. Enjoy!
