You are five ingredients away with creating this chocolaty goodness! Serve generously with chocolate chunks, nuts and nut butter. It won't be 'chunky monkey' without them! 

    • Coconut Milk, 400 ml
    • Cacao Powder, 1 tbsp
    • Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp
    • Maple Syrup, a dash (add more or less to taste)
    • Bananas, 2
    • nut butter
    • chocolate chunks
    • nuts
  1. Add all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie and creamy. Pour into a loaf tin and leave in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until completely frozen.
  2. Before serving, remove from the freezer and thaw for 5 minutes for easier scooping.
  3. Scoop into your favourite Coconut Bowls and top generously with the toppings. Enjoy!
