Treat yourself with this gluten-free oat waffle recipe. Not only are they delicious but they are also packed with nutrients and flavour. To make this even more fancy, stack them high and drizzle on some melted chocolate and your favourite nut butter. Yum!
Coconut Milk, 1 can (full fat, use the solidified part)
Oat Flour, 1 + 1/2 cup (gluten free)
Coconut Sugar, 1/2 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Cinnamon, 2 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
Salt, a pinch
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.
Cook the waffles in a waffle maker.
Serve waffles in a coconut bowl and top with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
