A smooth and creamy, warmingly spiced smoothie inspired by the much-loved pumpkin spice latte. With pumpkin puree, coffee and spices, it makes a delicious plant-based, gluten-free, refined sugar free breakfast or snack.
Pumpkin Puree, 80 g
Banana, 1 (frozen)
Espresso, 1 shot (or 1 tsp instant espresso)
Almond Butter, 1 tbsp
Maple Syrup, 1/2 tsp
Almond Milk, 240 ml
Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp
Mixed Spice, 1 pinch
Nutmeg, 1 pinch
Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 scoop (optional)
Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed for a thinner smoothie.
