Neapolitan Nice Cream

Craving for three flavors at once? This Neapolitan Nice Cream recipe by @plantsomepeas might be perfect for you! Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate. Can you think of a better flavor combo? 

INGREDIENTS

• BASE
• Bananas, 2 cups (sliced & frozen)
• Almond Milk, as needed
• WHITE/VANILLA
• Pineapple, 1/2 cup (frozen)
• Vanilla, 1-2 tsp
• PINK/STRAWBERRY
• Strawberries, 1/2 cup (frozen)
• CHOCOLATE
• Cacao, 1/2 cup
• Cacao Nibs, 3-4 tbsp
• Almond Milk, as needed

METHOD

1. Blend 2 cups of frozen bananas with a tablespoon of almond milk at a time until you reach a thick and deliciously creamy ice cream texture!
2. Separate the mixture into three separate bowls and then you can add your flavorings.
3. Blend each divided nice cream with their flavorings.
4. Store in an air-tight container and freeze for a few hours.
5. Serve all flavors together in your Coconut Bowl for the true Neapolitan Spirit.
