Here's a great way to sneak in some veg in your snacks! Kale is used in this recipe, but feel free to add a handful of baby spinach too! This green smoothie is naturally sweetened with banana and kiwi, but you can opt to add a few drizzles of maple syrup if you want this to be sweeter!
1 frozen banana
1/2 frozen golden kiwi (or use green kiwi)
1/2 frozen green kiwi
a handful of frozen kale
1 tbsp coconut ygurt
1 tsp maple syrup
20 g oats
2 cups coconut milk
In a high-speed blender, blend all your smoothie ingredients until smooth, creamy and lump-free.
