Curcumin Smoothie

This healthy smoothie recipe contains curcuming powder that helps fight inflammation and provides the body with a boost of antioxidants to fuel your day! 

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp curcumin powder
  • a splash of plant-based milk
METHOD
  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until combined. Add more milk to reach desired consistency!
  2. Pour into your favourite Bamboo Cups and sip with our sustainable straws ever - Bamboo Staws! Enjoy!
