Bananas, 3 frozen
Coconut Yogurt, 1/4 cup
Cashews, 1/4 cup
Cacao Powder, 2 tbsp
Medjool Dates, 2 pcs.
Vanilla Bean Powder, 1/2 tsp (or vanilla extract)
Salt, 1/4 tsp
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve in your favourite Coconut Bowl and top with your favourite cheesecake toppings! We recommend some chocolate almonds, coconut yogurt and nut butter.
