Black Currant Breakfast Bowl

Level up your breakfast bowl game with this beautiful purple recipe! It contains pear and black currant powder for some refreshing taste! 

INGREDIENTS
  • Banana, 1 (frozen)
  • Oats, 2 tbsp (soaked overnight in soymilk)
  • Pear, 1 (frozen)
  • Soy Milk, 1/3 cup
  • Black Currant Powder, 1 sachet
  • Granola, a handful
METHOD
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and blitz to a thick smooth consistency. Scraping down the sides with a spatula if necessary.
  2.  Transfer into your Coconut Bowls and sprinkle some granola and some frozen or fresh fruits. Enjoy!
