Level up your breakfast bowl game with this beautiful purple recipe! It contains pear and black currant powder for some refreshing taste!
INGREDIENTS
- Banana, 1 (frozen)
 - Oats, 2 tbsp (soaked overnight in soymilk)
 - Pear, 1 (frozen)
 - Soy Milk, 1/3 cup
 - Black Currant Powder, 1 sachet
 - Granola, a handful
 
METHOD
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and blitz to a thick smooth consistency. Scraping down the sides with a spatula if necessary.
 - Transfer into your Coconut Bowls and sprinkle some granola and some frozen or fresh fruits. Enjoy!
