Berry Blast Smoothie

RECIPE BY MOVE WITH JOSH

Enjoy this berrylicious, protein-packed smoothie that is perfect for breakfast or for your post workout snack.

INGREDIENTS
  • Bananas, 2 (frozen)
  • Berries, 1-2 cups (frozen, a mix of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries)
  • Filtered Water, 1-2 cups
  • Hemp Seeds, 2 tbsp (you can also use chia or flax seeds)
  • Plant Protein, 1-2 scoops (optional)
METHOD
  1. Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve in a jar and sip with your Bamboo Straws! Enjoy!
