At Coconut Bowls, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, eco-friendly products that our customers love. We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days by emailing customercare@coconutbowls.com and providing photos of the product you're unhappy with. We'll happily provide return instructions for a refund or replacement. 

Please ensure that your item is returned with its original packaging, otherwise, we may not be able to issue a refund. If returned in unsatisfactory packaging, we may provide a store credit.

At the heart of our creations lies nature's essence, which, like life itself, can be beautifully unpredictable. We're proud to stand by our products with a lifetime guarantee. If one of our masterfully crafted gifts from nature ever cracks or breaks – even years down the line – we'll honor our promise to provide you with a complimentary replacement. That's our unwavering commitment to quality, sustainability, and your satisfaction.

If any of your products ever get damaged, we'll send you a replacement for free. If your order was placed over 30 days ago, you'll only be responsible for shipping and handling fees.

 

Returns Policy for sale items

Due to the nature of our sale events, we have implemented the following returns policy for sale items:

  1. All sale items are final sale: Items purchased on sale, marked down, or discounted in any way are non-returnable and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for these items.

  2. Sale items: Coconut Bowls reserves the right to exchange product designs in your order for alternative products of the same or higher value, providing that the product has the same use and purpose. For example: A coconut bowl, with an alternate coconut bowl, or a wooden spoon, with an alternate wooden spoon.

  3. Product condition: Sale items are sold "as is" and may include minor cosmetic imperfections or variations that do not affect the functionality or overall quality of the product. These imperfections are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or refund.

  4. Non-sale items: If you purchased a non-sale item and wish to return it, please refer to our standard returns policy. This policy does not apply to sale items.

  5. Damaged or defective items: In the rare event that a sale item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  6. Cancellation: Once an order containing sale items is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
