Need a quick breakfast? We gotcha! This breakfast bowl only needs to be mixed through and left in the fridge while you prepare what you need to start the day. Once you're ready, enjoy it with your Coconut Bowl and your favourite toppings.
Rolled Oats, 1 cup
Pumpkin Seeds, 2 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds, 2 tbsp
Sultanas, 2 tbsp
Coconut Milk, 1 1/2 cups
Fresh Fruits, for topping (sliced)
Chia Seeds, 2 tbsp
Water, 6 tbsp
Blue Spirulina, 1/2 tsp
To make the chia pudding, add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine. Place in the fridge while you make the Bircher.
To make the Bircher, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes to make sure that the oats are well soaked and soft.
Serve your Bircher into your favourite Coconut Bowls and top with the chia pudding and fresh fruit.
