We never fail to share with you all the best breakfast recipes we know of. This is Pear & Cacao Overnight Oats by @nourishing.amy. The cinnamon pear topping is a nice touch but you are of course welcome to add in your favorite toppings!
Oats, 40 g
Cacao, 2 tsp
Chia Seeds, 2 tbsp
Pear, 1 (grated)
Plant-based Milk, 180 ml
Cacao Nibs, 10 g
Salt, a pinch
Pear, 1 (chopped)
Coconut Oil, 1 tsp
Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp
Chocolate Hazelnut Butter
Combine all the ingredients of the overnight oats in a bowl and mix. Leave overnight in the fridge.
To prepare the cinnamon pear, fry off chopped pears with coconut oil and cinnamon. Cook until a little bit soft and set aside.
In the morning, transfer your overnight oats into your favourite Coconut Bowl, top with cinnamon pears and your choice of toppings and enjoy!
