Coconut Water, 1 cup
Bananas, 2 (sliced and frozen)
Pineapple, 1/2 cup (frozen)
Peaches, 1/3 cup (frozen)
Spinach, 1 cup (organic)
Orange, 1 (peeled)
Lemon, 1 (juiced)
Wheatgrass Powder, 1 tsp (optional)
Ginger, 1/2 knob (about 2 tsp)
Turmeric, 1 knob (optional)
Blend everything until smooth in the Vitamix or other high speed blender until smooth.
Serve it in your favourite Coconut Bowl and top it off with sliced oranges, blueberries, passion fruit, pomegranate seeds and finger limes.
