This ferrero rocher nice-cream is seriously addictive! It contains only 2 key ingredients. That is, banana and choc-hazelnut butter. If you don’t already have choc-hazelnut butter you can simply replace this ingredient with a few tablespoons of cacao powder and plain hazelnut butter. For additional sweetness, add a medjool date or two. We recommend serving with raw homemade ferrero rocher truffles!
Bananas, 4 (frozen)
Cacao Hazelnut Butter, 1/4 cup
Vanilla Bean Powder or Vanilla Essence, 1 tsp
Salt, 1/4 tsp
Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender, blend until smooth.
Transfer to your favourite Coconut Bowls and add desired toppings.
