Oats, 30 g
Vanilla Bean Yogurt, 30 g
Smooth Coconut Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp (or any kind of nut butter that you want)
Soy Milk, 60-70 g
Homemade Chia Pudding
Blend all the smoothie ingredients until smooth and creamy.
