Soaked Cardamom Oats

Soaked Cardamom Oats. Who says cardamom can only be used in savoury dishes? Cardamom can be versatile and can be used in a variety of pastries and this time, @fivesechealth incorporated it into her oats! Very clever!

Serves 1

    • Rolled Oats, 1/2 cup
    • Plant Milk, 1/2 cup
    • Dates, 2 (pitted)
    • Maple Syrup, 1 tsp
    • Ground Cardamom, 1/2 tsp
    • Bananas
    • Frozen Blueberries
    • Tahini
    • Cacao Nibs
  1. Chop the dates into small pieces and add them together with rest of the oatmeal ingredients to a jar. Stir to combine and seal. Let sit in the fridge overnight or for 30 minutes.
  2. When the oats are soaked, add toppings to the jar or serve the soaked oats in a coconut bowl. Yum!
