Blood Orange Chocolate Chia Pudding

Blood orange is such a superfood that is a great source of antioxidants and vitamins. Add this to your usual chocolate chia pudding and you'll have yourself a very luscius and satisfying breakfast bowl!

Serves 1

  • Plant-based Milk, 1 1/2 cups
  • Chia Seeds, 1/4 cup
  • Cacao Powder, 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
  • Fresh Orange Juice, 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Orange Zest, 1 tsp
  • Maple Syrup, 1-2 tbsp
  1. In a container, combine all the ingredients and whisk until combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
  3. Transfer to your coconut bowl and top with toppings of choice or eat it as is. Delicious either way!
