Matcha Avocado Smoothie Bowl

1/2 ripe avocado
1 to 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
large handful baby spinach
1/2 to 1 teaspoon matcha
1 teaspoon maca powder, optional
1 teaspoon pea protein powder, optional
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
1 to 2 pitted dates, optional
splash almond milk

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add less milk for a bowl or lots more for a drinkable smoothie
