Hello coconut lovers! This recipe is brought to you from the Sunny Sunshine Coast, Australia. I’m currently traveling the globe surfing professionally, but when I’m home, food is my other love!
I called this recipe the Hulk because one, it’s green, and two, it has hidden veggies and great fats like avocado to keep you fuller for longer. I couldn’t resist getting the coconut bowls
to serve these smoothie bowls in! They make it so much more fun! So whether it’s for your friends or yourself, these are perfect for any type of morning.
2 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups of coconut water (more or less for desired consistency)
1 large frozen avocado
1 frozen zucchini (chopped in pieces)
1 whole mango
a scoop of a greens powder/ blend
Blend it all, until creamy and smooth.
It’s best to freeze everything, but not necessary, It just won't be as thick.
I also add cultured coconut yoghurt ( you can get the cultures from here)
My favourite Paleo muesli
Scoop of gelatin for skin, hair and nail support
Raspberries, banana, coconut, almonds, buckwheat groats, tahini
