This Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie Bowl by @_sweetfoodielife is the one for all the blueberry lovers out there! Filling, nutritious and delicious, this will surely give you tons of energy in the morning. A great way to start the day!
- Blueberries, 30 g
- Bananas, 60 g (frozen)
- Oats, 30 g
- Vanilla Bean Yogurt, 30 g
- Smooth Coconut Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp (or any kind of nut butter that you want)
- Soy Milk, 60-70 g
- OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- Cacao Nibs
- Homemade Chia Pudding
- Cashew Butter
- Freeze-dried Fruits
- Blend all the smoothie ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to your favorite Coconut Bowl and add your preferred toppings. Enjoy!
