I had the pleasure of contributing one of my favourite breakfast recipes to the
Vegan Bowls for Vegan Souls cookbook as well as assisting in writing the vegan
nutritional information that’s included in the book. The cookbook is a perfect
nutritional resource and introduction on how to maintain a healthy vegan diet or
transition to including more plant-based meals in your diet.
The book truly is one of a kind; it includes a nutritional break down on staple
foods to include on a vegan diet and why they are so important. I’m slowly
working my way through the recipes in the book and let me tell you they are
amazing! Not only are they nourishing, but I am yet to try a recipe I don’t
absolutely love. Maybe it’s the coconut bowls? Or maybe it's just the incredible
work of all of the contributors? Who knows? One thing is for sure and that is that
all recipes are delicious.

the recipe ingredients are consistent to save you buying a bucket load of
groceries and reducing the chance of any food wastage!
